Oh, i sounded too emo yesterday huh?
Today i took a step back and tried to re-examine and also to reflect on past happenings with regards to me joining that CCA. And i remembered something very important which i missed out yesterday:
It is God's will.It is a miraculous moment, if not a God-planned one, that during cell group today, we discussed about following His will instead of our own. (He never fails to speak to me at the correct timing) One thing about doing so is that very often, what God wants for us is NOT we want or like. Our physical body tends to reject His will simply because we do not like it (see the link already?).
Which brings me to another important point we talked about today: that God always wants the best for us, each and everyone of us. We can then be assured that though things may not turn out the way we want it to, one day we will appreciate, praise and thank God that all these happened.
In my case, joining that CCA certainly is not what i like or enjoy. But i must accept the fact that it is definitely more helpful and beneficial to me in the future, rather than spending my jc years playing bball.
Hence, i will fulfill all my commitments to that CCA responsibly even though i'll still get upset at times that i don't get to pursue what i want anymore.
Because God wants me to.
