Now do i finally realise how my coaches had felt when i was playing for the school for the past few years. A big tribute to them and a word of apologies, for i had not been the player they always wanted me to be.
If giving my all on the court is what they only asked from me, then i'm sorry to say that there is a limit to my performance each time i play competitive basketball. That can be the only reason i have disappointed my coaches time and time again: i'm just not up to it.
Watching other players give up the fight even before the timer stops, that's utterly disappointing. "You should not even be playing in there", that is what i would say to them. To play on the court is a precious opportunity that don't come by easily.
Grab the chance and make the most out of it, because that is how you shine on the court.I miss my PHS bball days, although i've been nothing but a disappointment all along.
