Investiture today. After months of wearing that ugly tag wherever we go, we can finally call ourselves student councillors. Today was supposed to be a big day for all of us.

Yet i did not look forward to it.

Somehow i feel that i should not be taking this path in the first place. Instead, i should be training hard at the basketball court. After all, i was trained to survive and fight in the world of hoops. Yet from today onwards, i know i'm on a path i've previously not walked on.

But i know God placed me here for a purpose. The journey may be tough, but i will persevere on and never give up, because i'm following the path He chose for me.
